Victoria has more than 30+ years’ experience as an international corporate lawyer and is co-founder and managing partner of leading law firm Addison Bright Sloane. She has led ground-breaking projects in the UK and Ghana for M&A/capital markets, technology/telecommunications, on behalf of governments, financial institutions and corporates across the globe. An Oxford scholar, Victoria also advises on anti-corruption, legal and political risk management and ESG matters.
Paa Kwesi Morrison
Mr Paa Kwesi Morrison is a Partner at ENSafrica in Ghana. He is a lawyer and a Chartered Accountant who specializes in finance, energy and infrastructure, M&A, taxation and general corporate and commercial law. His expertise includes a blend of legal, accounting, tax and other regulatory knowledge and experience. Paa Kwesi holds a B.com (University of Cape Coast) and an LL. B (University of Ghana).

Levite R. Dongmo
Mr. Levite R. Dongmo is a proven leader with 19+ years’ experience across many multinationals (Advans, Nestle, CANAL+, Diageo) with diversified activities, sectors and markets. Fluent in both French and English, he has worked in 2 different economic zones in Africa. He is an alumni of Academy of Paris (Bsc), Intec – CNAM in Paris (Bsc, Msc) and Accra Business School (MBA). All in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Taxation and Corporate Governance. Through his leadership, he contributed the transformation of these companies to return to sustainable, balanced growth and always pushed for value creation through consistent delivery of Operating Margin expansion through productivity, processes efficiency, and corporate governance.
Frederic Duranton
Director
Frederic is the CFO for Unatrac/Mantrac Group. he held different positions in the finance department of two major FMCG corporations, Nestle and Reckitt Benckiser (RB). Frederic has worked as an internal auditor, commercial controller, manufacturing and supply controller before he began to gradually take over various CFO duties beginning with his role in the JV between Nestle and L’Oréal, followed by his post in Central and West Africa with Nestle and later in Southeast Asia with RB. he holds a bachelor’s in Finance from Ipag Business School in Paris. He completed his postgraduate studies at IMD in Switzerland, where graduated with a PED executive degree.

Simone has a 30-years’ experience in Credit and Leasing sector in different geographical areas (Italy, Greece, Netherlands, Poland) and in several assets industries such as FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles), Nissan, Komatsu, and Paccar (DAF Trucks) He holds a bachelor’s in economics with the maximum marks (100/100 and laude) at the University of Rome in 1998 Joined the company since its incorporation as Managing Director.
Linda Moore
Linda is a Certified Risk Specialist with over fifteen (15) years’ experience in Credit Risk (Prudential Bank and Vodafone Ghana). She holds a Bachelor Of Commerce (B. Com) from University of Cape Coast, Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA) and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the Accra Technical University Joined the company in August 2019 as Credit and Operations Manager
Rashid Karim
Rashid is a Chartered Accountant with over 15years experience and held Key Finance roles in the Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Construction and Real Estates Sectors. He attended the Cape Coast University and KNUST where he graduated with a bachelor’s in Commerce and MSc. in Finance and Investment respectively. Joined the company in August 2019 as Finance and Administration Manager
